  25. 스타벅스 등의 사례를 보면, 고객에게 더 많은 옵션을 줄수록 고객은 더 비싼 옵션을 선택하는 성향이 있음. 이것이 기업의 이윤을 증대시키는 작용을 하는데, 많은 옵션은 복잡성을 증대시킴.
